Little Mix

LITTLE MIX AS STEREOTYPICAL GEEKS 

• we can see this through the iconography of glasses and ugly outfit choices this conforms to the stereotypical nerd and they are carrying books which shows they care about learning this is a dominant representation of a nerd as it stats that at school their main focus is studying  which is contrast to the popular people who don't seem to care . we can also tell they are geeks as they are stereotypically not liked and made fun of which is what the popular people do to them. 

LITTLE MIX  POULAR BLONDE GIRL 

• we can see this through her actions she pushes past little mix which shows she has authority and how she is with the popular jock that everyone wants and she makes fun of the geeks as she thinks she's better than them, this conforms to the stereotype as popular girls typically popular girls try and bully others to make them feel better and superior she is also wearing short stylish outfits and heavy makeup to make her seem more pretty to impress her popular boyfriend and stick with the stereotypical standards of being popular. She also challenges the stereotypical representation of girls as she is very powerful and confident which is a counter-type 

LITTLE MIX POPULAR ATTRACTIVE MALE

• we can see this through all the girls have a crush on him this shown by then staring and smiling at him, he's wearing a leather jacket which is stereotypically cool, this is also shown through him bullying and making fun of the geeks which tells us that he feels superior than them and wants to impress his friends to gain more popularity. 

Vamps

VAMPS GROUP OF GIRLS

• the group of girls are young fun and are used as an attraction for the vamps this is shown through their costumes as they are on a beach they are wearing bikinis or stylish short outfits to attract the vamps this can also be seen as them being sexualised. we can also see that their friends and are enjoying themselves through them playing and laughing and smiling. They are also a counter-type as one of the shots shows them playing sport and winning points this is challenging the stereotype of girls not being able to play sport and being the "weaker gender"

THE VAMPS

• the vamps are seen as fun group of teenage boys this is shown through the stereotypes of them playing around partying as well as hanging out with girls because they might feel attracted to them and want to act cool in front of them to impress them. this is shown through elements of Mise en scene as they are at the beach socialising we can tell their on a beach through their costume their wearing trunks and sunglasses
